Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 14 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 50.00 per hour.
